Church & ministry support

Wendy Wood serves as Director of  the Christian Counseling Center at Christ United Methodist Church and at Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church.

The ministry is based on the model of the former Network of Christian Counseling Centers, Inc.

• Providing for the complexity of mental health and counseling needs within the church body.
• Relieving the minister of counseling where long term assistance is needed.
• Enhancing church ministry by presenting workshops, seminars, Sunday School classes and establishing support groups.
• Increasing church membership by bringing new members into the church who initially come in for counseling.

VISION

To strengthen our church and support its mission by addressing

the needs of the hurting,

providing support for the leadership, and

 encouraging personal, emotional and spiritual growth within the church body.
